This place is a gem! The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfy. Plus, it's just a hop away from the prettiest lake with clear water and a sandy bottom!

I felt like I was in a sauna in the bathroom, and the bath door decided it was too shy to stay open. Good times!

great location

i had a great time staying at maple lane empire motel! the standard double room was extra clean, and the bed was super comfy. it’s just a short walk to one of michigan's prettiest lakes with clear water and a sandy bottom! plus, easy access to dunes and glen arbor.

Just a nice choice for a weekend outing in Empire with great value for the money. The room had two comfy queen beds which made for a good night's sleep despite the noisy air conditioner.

Perfect for some peace and quiet

Had an amazing time at this hotel, the kayaks were a blast to use, there’s nothing like paddling on the lake as the sun goes down. Oh, and the fire pit area was perfect for chilling with friends after a day of exploring.

Sure, it wasn’t exactly on the cheaper side, but for what you get, it’s still worth it.

I had a great stay for 2 nights. The Standard Double Room was spacious with a comfy bed. I loved the nearby sandy lake with clear water. Access to paddleboards was a nice perk. The location was perfect for visiting local attractions. 🏞️
